Shipping policy

Orders :


Orders can be made on www.moulinarizzi.com or by phone at +33 (0) 4 92 34 04 80 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Our customers may choose to recover their order at our shop on our farm or ship it.

The delivery zone for our website is Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. If you wish to be delivered to another destination, we invite you to contact us at +33 (0) 4 92 34 04 80 or by email at home@moulinarizzi.com.

Shipping cost :

We offer a mode of delivery by mail with the Colissimo service.

When the command is made on the Internet you receive an automatic email announcing the shipment of your order.

On the Internet, we deliver to the following destinations: Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

On the Internet and for all the destinations offered, we offer two modes of delivery:

-To at home against signature

-On relay (except for Ireland where this service is unavailable)

 

For France, parcels remitted against signature are deposited in the nearest post office in case of absence.

For other countries, transportation is carried out according to the postal agreements with their providers in the country. The package is restored against signature.

For home or relay delivery, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products ordered on the basis of the tariffs below:

-12 € from 0 to 4 kilograms

-Ell kilo extra beyond 8 kilograms is charged 1.00 €


Delivery date :

For orders recovered on our farm, we ask customers to place order at least 24 hours in advance and to pick up their purchases during opening hours.

For deliveries in Metropolitan France the deadline is 2 to 5 days from the payment confirmation. For deliveries outside this area, the deadline is one month from the payment confirmation.

Damage and delivery problem:

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us by email at home@moulinarizzi.com within 48 hours. This procedure is mandatory for the item ordered to be exchanged or refunded, as well as the costs of return as soon as possible.

We can not be made responsible for an unable to independent delivery of our desire (error of wording in the address, etc ...), so mark the accuracy of the delivery addresses. All inaccuracy can lead to significant delay and an additional cost that will be passed on. Any delay due to cases of force majeures (strikes, bad weather ...) will not engage the liability of the Fortuné Moulin Arizzi.

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the compliance of the products delivered as soon as the parcel is given. Any claim for non-compliance of the delivered products must be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receipt by email at the following address: Home@moulinarizzi.com.
