Description

It is a generous white nougat in almonds and lavender honey. The bleached almonds, pistachios and vanilla give it an original and subtle taste. The texture is flexible, but firmer than that of the Nougat de Provence. Born in antiquity in the heart of the Mediterranean basin, the nougat finds all its finesse in the wedding between the almond and the honey.
